I'd argue Titenic is an unintentional masterpiece. Not a great game, sure, but the concept of it is so bizzare it balances everything else out.
Not the same experience without the (buried) cutscenes, though.

Yeah, it's definitely from that. Although I do believe it is from a sound library. But I wouldn't doubt it if they just took the sound effect from the game instead of paying money for a sound effect library.

Hey, at least the graphics look visually impressive for an 8-bit Plug & _Plague_ (to the point where it looks like SNES graphics at times) and are a major step up from past Hummer Team "projects" like Super Mario World NES, so... there's that. However, in gameplay and coding, it falls flat. Games/ engines have been recycled a lot. "Space Cruiser", "UFO Carrier", "Space Fort", "Sea Serpent" and "Octopus" are the same space shooter game with the same engine while "Diplopod War" and "Lobster" are different versions, "Cat Vs Dogs" is built off of Pac-Man, "Shipwrec", "Heroine", "Foredeck" and "Double Decker" are literally just the game "Titenic", "Zdog Hero", "Hummer Hero", "Jelly Hero", "Ocean Hero" and "Panda Hero" are built off of Kart Fighter and Pingpong is just some random Ping Pong game.
How about the track the plays at 13:22?

I think the "milk" thing was a result of having the picture of the dog on a table, then color-correcting the shadow to make it match the table...then saying "fuck it, it's good enough..." before blending it with the table in PS, so it looks like milk.

Honestly this isnt even that bad. most of the games are more competent than any other bootleg plug and play i've seen. and the dog design is pretty neat.

I've seen that Titanic bootleg before. If I remember correctly, you can also play as Rose in the standalone version (I think she gets different levels/abilities). I might be remembering incorrectly though, or thinking of a different bootleg.

You may not know it but they're 2 prototypes of this plug & play game under the name VDog leaked.
One of the builds (aka the earlier one) is just a debugging build and the other (aka the later one) only has the dog simulating part present in the final (that means no minigames in any of the prototypes) although it's obviously different compared to the final.
