Such a great idea. I am from Romania and me and my husband have just discovered how good crushed methi seeds are for soups and currys. Last year I have sucessfully grown methi in a little container in the balcony. This year I will try it in the greenhouse.

Hi Dr. I am getting more interested to learn from video, organic Methi. After one week Spring is coming, I am excited to go to my Backyard garden. I will try to do so of your tutorial. Thanks to you and your helpers Gardener like me. Hope one day I will visit in your College garden and like to collect seeds of Adenium flower. Zz.
My eye was drawn to your Chanel post !! Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and experience with us and fourther more adding to our collection of useful information. It made me feel prepared and compelled me to try it. I wish you the best of luck !! :)
Hi Dr.! The seeds you have used are of the thicker variant of methi and is called "metha" the actual methi seeds are much finer(almost like granules) and they taste 10 times better than metha. I planted them in soil in August and already harvested them twice before even methi and metha showed up in market. The idea is to protect it from rain shower. Sun is not a problem, initial growth the stem is very weak and breaks/bends very easily. Metha is tougher variant and can withstand some punishment.
@@GardeningismyPassion Thanx Doc! The real methi is the one which when dried becomes Kasuri Methi, it's very tender initially. The other methi than we get is also called methey as per region. Buy the real methi from a seed store and you will know the difference. I guess it can also be grown he same way.
Love your videos Dr trying to grow tomatoes, peppers, coriander & chillies using your technique- I am not sure if Cocopeat is available in Toronto also this is quarantine period- hoping for good results
Thank you for the explanation, but please is it necessary for me to cover the fenugreek seeds after I plant it inside the basket and the temperature in this place is too high should I keep it inside my room because I want to plant it for my project. I need reply sir
I love this no soil system. I tried , it did not work for me. Sir please tell if the coir you used or the cocopeat you used is dry or wet. Do we have to water the seeds for first four days to enable seed germination? Please advise..... Also, if the same coir and cocopeat can be used.
Wonderful method of growing Methi saag which is one of my favourite veggie. Could you suggest any other leafy veggie(saag) that can be grown in this method?

Hi. I grow methi very often and turns out good but the last time i grew, the leaves looked healthy but did not have that fenugreek smell or flavor. I dont know what could have went wrong. Please help. What should i do to get that flavor back?
Hello Mr Agarwal, Thank you for the informative video. I tried growing methi by the method you have shown. It has been 9 days since I started, The saplings seemed to be growing well initially but quite a few seem to be dying since 2 days. They seems to be thinning in the middle and collapsing. What am I doing wrong?
Is your water level proper? It should be just high enough to touch the roots but not so high that it rots the stems. If it is too low, the plants might die or as well...
