Dog Show Grooming: Golden Retriever Hocks

Great job! One of our Goldens has THE LONGEST hock hair. It's ridiculous how long it is (a good bit longer than what the dog in this video has). You could literally braid it. My husband and I keep laughing because it sways back and forth when he walks and his back feet look like little dust mops. He has a show coming up, so I'm going to have to trim it again, but we do kind of like how funny and cute it looks when it gets so long.

She has a lot more hock hair than furnishings at 4 months, lol! I think I’m good with the feet now. Can you explain exactly what the 4420 shears are? He’s out of them right now.
