Upper Grant Creek Traverse of the Rattlesnake Wilderness

A very enjoyable traverse of the five peaks surrounding the Grant Creek Basin (Stuart, Mosquito, Sanders, Murphy, Point Six.) Stefan and I dropped bikes off at Snowbowl, then drove to the Ravine trailhead. Made it up quickly to Stuart (2.5 hours), Mosquito (3.5 hours), and Sanders (4.5 hours). From there our pace slowed quickly route finding the ridge over to Murphy. We finally figured it out, then cruised over to Point Six, and punished the quads down Paradise ski run. A cool off bike ride down to the truck. 20 miles on foot, ~ 7500 vert. A great traverse due to the quality of the trail miles. This trip completes all of the Rattlesnake Peaks for me!
