- A chapter by chapter and verse by verse study of Proverbs taught by Pastor Paul LeBoutillier of Calvary Chapel Ontario, Oregon. Visit us at www.ccontario.com for online studies through the entire Bible.
NOTE: At 7 minutes and 30 seconds there is a typo on Pastor Paul's teachings slides showing a couple references from 1 Corinthians when they are actually found in 2 Corinthians.
A friend once told me ‘if it’s not fun for all it’s no fun at all’ - I really like that. ( re. making a fool of someone or being cruel when someone makes out they are just joking).
So are hurt feelings from triggers, unforgiveness! We are such emotional creatures...This is the hardest thing to live with... Mean people and the emotions they stir when we see them. I thought I was not harboring bad feelings??? Lord help me..
Amen!! You preached with these passages today Pastor. In my heart forever.
Great teaching. I wish the prayer had not been cut off the end.
I. Enjoy. This. Paster
Thank you Pastor Paul LeBoutillier. Blessings.
It's so true..for gossip and jealousy. No one wants to admit they are guilty.
It's a moment by moment battle, living here where those two sins are promoted constantly under the surface. These are related to the code of competition we all are subject to in the flesh.
God's code is an honor code; much healthier!
Thank you for these wonderful teachings Pastor Paul! God bless you.
Vs 5 "Answer a fool as his folly deserves that he be not wise in his own eyes."
I love Pastor how he talks about mans wicked heart and motives that are evil he does not sugar cone and but he does it in a loving and honest and truthful way! He recognizes and acknowledges the truth and are sinful nature!
Bless you Sir for this clear teaching 🙌
Si true pastor we tend to forget about our heart being wicked and get surprise it something that need to be talked about more in the church!
I’m getting so much out of this! I see where I’ve messed up. Thank you!
I love your proverbs teaching it is always on point prophetically and it is so straightforward! Thank you for your diligence man of God.

Another great commentary on the Bible!
Lovely message but just disagreed with the last part of the video🤷🏽♀️ but besides that loved it❤️
Our nation abounds in foolishness that far too many have volunteered to live in. We have to be the light upon the hill of self-destruction darkness.
💜
Stay bless

I'm a little confused... 7 minutes and 30 seconds into the video Pastor Paul shows two verses from 1 Corinthians 11 and 12 and it speaks about foolishness, in the video but then I reference it in 4 different translations thinking maybe I am reading wrong but 1 Corinthians 11 verse 1 Apostle Paul says to imitate him as he imitates Christ and verse 16 also doesn't speak of foolishness. Then chapter 12 verse 11 the gifts of the Spirit. Is that perhaps a mistake? I would like to find these exact verses that says what Pastor Paul is showing here in the video please.
Hello Gail. You are right. The slide is a typo. Those passages occur in 2 Corinthians, not 1 Corinthians. Thanks for catching it.
@@CalvaryChapelOntario Thank you for correcting it. I found it in 2 Corinthians.
At 7:39, it mentions scripture from 1 Corinthians 11:1, 16 and 2:1, when it it 2 Corinthians. Thought I’d share for anyone who may have gotten confused when the scripture didn’t follow along.
I just saw in the description where this is mentioned! Y’all are ON IT!
Correction to the 1 Corintians 11:1,16 and 1 Corinthians 12:11 references: both are in 2 Corinthians
Great
A lot of practical jokes are unkind. So is the culture of 'roasting.' Why would anyone humiliate somebody for fun?
24:49
?? Why skip verses?
Satan is distorting the image of God.
Can't never sellout
