I'm new to your channel and I also love reading my Bibles I have a world Bible school study edition Bible and a catholic life Bible and a children Bible as well and 2 mini Bibles can I write in them with a regular pencil sending you lots of love and prayers for you and you're family amen my lovely friend 🧡 🙏✝️
What you're saying is that when we abide in Him.......He will order our steps! I pray that all the time! That's exactly what I want! Enjoyed your video!
Hi Candi! I initially watched this video when it posted, but it appeared in my feed and I thought it would be good to watch again. Are you still scripture writing and crafting the monthly prompts? If so, can we get more videos like this?
I have the original Spirit Filled Bible edition. I bought one for my mom and it's different than my original edition. She had been using my Bible some for study and really noticed the difference in the one I bought her. My Bible is in need of a rebind too but $150+ really an option so I bought a KJV Sovereign edition, from Thomas Nelson. That's my "church" Bible; my Spirit Filled Bible stays home
I feel ya on switching bibles. My bible is starting to fall apart and it makes me so sad. I think I'm going to cover it mine in contact paper cause I just don't like the new versions. I love your journal. I think it's so unique to copy your bible and include past notes. I am going to have to remember that when I start scripture writing.
I hear what you're saying I am the same when I get obsessed by something I go all out I suck the marrow from it. at the moment it's Bibles. I need to read from different translations it helps me I resigned my self in on this one lol thanks you I know I am not the only one
I know you have been busy and I completely understand that. I'm just stopping by to say you are missed. I usually don't comment, I've been watching your channel awhile and miss you is all. I hope things are coming together. I've had many phases in my life also and certainly relate to prioritizing. Sending love your way ❤💛💙💚💜🧡
the one in this picture (i think!) is a Websters Pages Travelers Notebook. i only do Scripture Writing in travelers notebook inserts...and only do my planning in Franklin Planners. (sure hope that's the right answer...it's been a few days since i did this video...ha!) AND...that's just what works for me...check out the video that just went up.
hi I discovered that my Kmart planner that was gifted to me many years ago is actually a Covey planner it must be one of their seconds anyway your videos has helped me get back into that planner and it just so happens that when I stopped it follows the same year as next year so I'm going to begin again the other thing I'm adding to my planner is my daily Bible time might I suggest that for you also.
Robin, first of all, I missed your comment somehow. Secondly, YT has not been letting me (others) reply to comments. (i finally figured out how I CAN do it, but it's kind of like taking a "detour") I appreciate your suggestion...let me think/pray about it. That actually might be a good idea! Thanks for watching!
AUGUST 21...For some reason, the UA-cam system isn't letting me reply to all comments on all videos. I haven't been able to reply to my recent videos as of the past few days...actually I haven't been able to respond to A LOT of comments the last few days. Not sure what is going on, but if you haven't heard from me, just know it's the system. I can't even leave THIS message on those videos...RATS!!! Thanks to ALL!!!
This is a Webster Page insert...one of two that comes in a set. When I ordered they had two sets available. One set had two inserts with each cover being different. The had two inserts with two different covers. So if you ordered 2 sets you would have 4 inserts each with a different cover...FUN covers. I ordered mine from Blitsy (with whom i have NO affiliation other than ordering a lot...ha!). Did that help? Thank for watching!!!
I unfortunatley have OCD too and watching you tube brings out the worst. First scrapbooking, then planners, bullet journaling, bead work, journaling about life, then lastly bible journaling which i havent started yet but i sure am gathering everything i need and i mean EVERYTHING. The good thing is im going the right way i just have to go.
UA-cam really CAN bring out the worst in those of us with OCD. OR, we (I) can use it as a tool to recognize (which you and I obviously do...ha!) the issue, and then work on it! I am using what's going on (see new post ) to USE materials, tools, supplies I HAVE and NOT PURCHASE new things. I LOVE NEW...new papers, new punches, new dies, new ephemera, new tools. If I'm going to have to MOVE it, I'm NOT going to buy it. (hope that makes sense.) So, YOU GO...KEEP ON GOING THE RIGHT YOU ARE GOING!!!! (it's killing me to not get some new things :-)
CandiKCan it takes so much to fight the urges like right now throughout the last few days I'm fighting against buying this planner in pink or blue. It's a work in progress. Ty for responding to 1st response.
My opinion, of course - writing scripture is a much healthier obsession than obsessing over planners. Everyone's path is different, but I've never met anyone whose life was worse from writing scripture.
Such a great video. I love the style of Bible Journaling that you do but have been struggling with how to get started. Maybe you could show a video of how you think the Scripture through to then getting it on the page. Your videos were recommended to me, and I'm glad I watched. Thanks.
Rain...yours is one I've tried and tried to reply to...let's see if this works. (I actually did a great big long reply this morning and it wouldn't post.) you can do a Google search...try Scripture Writing Plan or Monthly Bible Writing...just keep putting words like that together and follow the "safe" links (mine show McAfee safe...that's my virus protection). LOOK HERE...Here are some I know about: www.BibleGirlPodcast.com (this is the very first one I did! you can print the "schedule" and follow daily!); www.swtblessings.com (the 2nd one I did); check out SheReadsTruth on facebook. I was just reading about this one. Sounds VERY interesting. They are OUT THERE and YOU CAN FIND THEM!
I love your central idea however it’s too wordy. I think you could condense the material to be more concise without losing the essence of the process. I love scripture writing, too.
1 John 2 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. Colossians 3 1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 2 Corinthians 4 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. Philippians 4 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
have you ever thought these are God given desires, and not obsessions. just saying, this is not your identity, blessings. you are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalms 139, i think its verse 14,
I'm new to your channel and I also love reading my Bibles I have a world Bible school study edition Bible and a catholic life Bible and a children Bible as well and 2 mini Bibles can I write in them with a regular pencil sending you lots of love and prayers for you and you're family amen my lovely friend 🧡 🙏✝️

Thank you for sharing about your obsessive tendencies. I am the same way. It helps to hear someone else share this.
Thank you for sharing!! I love that we both have similar names :)

Less hand, more face.
