Many thanks mate, Brian and myself really push for higher production values despite having near zero budget. I try and produce 2-4 4K UHD films for him a year.
Your review was exactly on point and what I needed to hear. I just finished the paperwork and sent my deposit in for one of the last 2017 V12 Vantage S manual roadsters available. Can’t wait to get behind the wheel. I am replacing my 2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S Cab! Finally a car without all the gadgets and the sound I’ve been dreaming about. Thank you!
Love the production value on this. Thanks you for making this, as an Aston Martin fan I love this. Also followup to our conversation earlier I do hate you now that I see the Aston video... So jelous
I just discovered this channel and I must say I'm a fan. These are the types of videos I want, real reviews not these doofus car vloggers that want us to watch them eat lunch.
Check out our DB9 GT, 675LT, Huracan LP580-2, Huracan LP 610-4 Spyder, Viper ACR and Vantage V12 roadster films for other high production value content. Sadly in future we may need to do more vlog videos in order to fund the higher cost videos such as this.
Thanks Brian. Couldn't have summed it any better. I have one of these as well as a GT8 which wasn't available in the States. Both manual. I know I've chosen well.
Thanks for all the great reviews...you definitely represent a different take on things...which is refreshing.... my question is V12S manual or 570S macca since you have driven both
am looking for the best chassis 2 seater is ok and so is 4 ... manual is kind of my preference...so many great choices now it is hard...so any suggestions?
anything up to about $250K. car is to get out of NYC take trips...I sometimes commute to DC from the city...so the suspension needs to breathe a bit ...cars that have seemed to fit me are kind of all over the map... everything from a 1M to a vanquish S to a CTS V(newest gen) to an M6 gran coupe(with a manual).. loved the idea of a viper but hated being in the car... had a 911R that I loved (68) to a M roadster... and also really liked the Maserati Coupe..but the reliability issues sank that boat... Had an Evora a while back which I liked the suspension and driving set up but it was a bit of a disaster... generally though I drive about 7,000 miles a year... love convertibles but not a must like to shift..hated my C4S 996 cab...loved my C4S with a power kit and PSS9s.. a put a manual transmission and a TVR 5.0 liter in my range rover classic...and had a Moo2 America (you need a hobbs meter not a odometer if you are going to drive that one regularly) ...anyway look forward to more of your reviews and thoughts...thanks!
favorite cars that I either owned or drove: 550 maranello with a manual, 928S4, Z8, noble M400, Bristol Fighter, Camaro Z28 Gen 5..boxster spyder 986 .... original E63, worst car I ever drove....Shelby Series 1....(that thing needed a viking funeral)
I think it might be time for you to grab one of these V12 Vantage manuals. Beast of a car and reasonably comfortable, as well. Brilliant chassis, steering, braking, as I mentioned. Give one a try and let me know what you think. This Friday's vid is a regular old 570S coupe. We've got 720S coming up very soon and 570 Spider to follow some time in the new year.
I never liked the Vantage, not in any form, they never looked good to me, the gorgeous ones were the Virage/DB9, the DB11 and the Vanquish, this one is a skip it from me.
Production quality on this is freaking insane, bravo sir

Thanks, Jason. The three of us appreciate it.

Thank you! I'm glad we took the time to make that film. That's a car that we won't ever forget.
Do you still love the car?

+Frozen Car Guy thanks, and that's also why we don't have a half million subscribers. Viewers seem to like that nonsense.

Oh...that's a tough one. Guess what Friday's review is...
570 S cab?
I need to get one of these before it becomes a collectors car.
Soon!
Great video and I completely agree.... which is why I just bought one :)
Well done!
I creeped on your profile. Are you in Houston? If you are, can you take me on a ride along? I'll buy the gas!

Lots of ideas! How are you going to use the car and what's your budget?
