That's the thing that most spiritualists are trying to get you to understand, we are more than our thoughts, Spirit has intelligence, that's far greater than the mind, actually a better way to put it is ego, ego is part of the mind, and when you're intent is to meditate it sets that aside, some people struggle with that (setting aside the ego) when you set the ego aside the spirit is easier to hear. As has been said before when mind, body or feelings, and spirit unite, God is made flesh. Maybe you didn't get the memo? John 14:10 Jesus said: "do you not believe that I am in the father and the father in me". That is all of us. The ego is not allowed. I'm not sure how it's possible to rewrite such things, if everything that has ever been or will be ,exists in the acashic records. The old saying Nothing new under the sun seems to apply.
