- How I installed my Baja Designs S2 led lights on my 2017 Ford F150 Raptor. These are installed on the front bed rail using a sunken rivet nut mount. This allows me full use of my Bakflip MX4 bedcover, and also allows me to remove it and run a spare tire carrier for long off-roading trips.

Just a beautiful install and love the bed liner paint is icing on the cake.
Hey, thanks they’ve worked and held up really well🤙
Today I finished adding my S2 Sports in this exact location using rivets nuts. Thanks for the inspiration. Maybe I should have went with the S2 Pro. IDK.
Royden Vickers that’s awesome! Thanks. I find the pros to be too much for the driver behind you.
Me 3. I feel if people record installing light. They should record the installation of the wiring as well.
hOhm Boy true, but running wires thru the frame rail to the upfitter switch isn’t anything new or different. Felt the way I mounted & hardware used was more video worthy. Thanks for watching. Appreciate the support
Good thinking. I mounted mine In a horrible spot. Should have made this video a few moths ago lol
You should continue with how you wired it and where your switch is
Ben Youngheim I can do that. I’ll make it a part2
That would be awesome. Would love to see that as well.
md247 where’s part 2?
Part 2?
Are there ANY methods for attaching a chase light that dont require drilling/cutting?
I just really dont want to swiss cheese my truck over the years.
2019 f150 fx4 just want to be seen on trails and stay safe.
Thanks.
Where did you get the risers? I’m having trouble finding some.
They are steel spacers from ace hardware. Look in the small bins
@@md247 Thanks! I’ll check out Ace tomorrow. The only other thing I could think of was handlebar risers for motorcycles.
@@brandonweaver5905 these have worked solid and I’ve helped several other do the same setup.
Did you have any issues with the rivnut not playing fair with the spray-in bedliner?
@@brandonweaver5905 nope. I never had an issue and I have several friends running this setup and they haven’t mentioned any issues
