Actually I am glad too... here in trinidad my hubs and bought a container and we are going to do a similar. We bought a peace if the forest and we need somewhere to stay when you there. In the U.S., before a lot of rural areas got electricity around late 1930's, it wasn't unusual for families to live in repurposed railroad boxcars. Of course Rochelein's is much nicer in all ways, not just because it has air conditioning. America's all time great singer/songwriter Hank Williams ' early home was a boxcar for example. We love Rochelein's personality and posts. Wish my son in his mid 20's would meet a prize like her. Regards from the U.S.A..

Hi Roch. Still following you girl and proud of your achievements. I’m enjoying watching all the little fixtures and fittings that you’ve found on line for your new home with great interest. A girlfriend sent me a photo of her kitchen with the exact same kitchen tiles. Now I know the secret - they are stuck on but she didn’t reveal it 🤭. Looking forward to the following episodes with baited breath. Just one little thing, please could the music be turned down a little lower when you’re doing your non talking bits. I have to keep turning down then back up and sometimes put on mute. All best wishes for the conclusion of your project. Well done!
Love this!! For your closet you could get a sliding door or panels. I have seen ppl get the sliding frames and use like ply board and fit them in so they slide. Or of you're a farmhouse girl get a “barn door” or something sliding

Wow !! my husband and i have plans to build a container home community in yaad and you just gave me the biggest motivation to complete our plans, we were skeptic because a lot of ppl prefer "big house" though our target home owners were single parent professionals as i was once a single parent that was finding it costly to rent a place much less own my own. Congratulations on a job well done!! I love the innovativeness and use of space. Id recommend you do a blueprint, patent it.
