Hello my name is Mary Ann and I live in South Jersey USA and I've been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 the lump in my right breast was small and now it's a little larger I'm 76 years old I don't want to be incapacitated I work at Walmart I get vacation time and in September my daughter and I we're flying to Chicago and we're doing cross-country with the tour bus from Chicago to Santa Monica California I'm sorry to say that I rather live the rest of my life happy cross stitching quilting going to church and working at Walmart you are an amazing woman you cross stitch you ride on your bicycle it's amazing I love the cross stitch of the shoes and the daffodils and the roses good luck to you with your race and I hope the weather stays good for you thank you for sharing

I have a friend with terminal cancer and charities like Maggies are so important and need supporing, so I wish you well with your fund raising.
I just visited your store and ordered a couple of scissor fobs, needle minder and the chart and it looks like I’m going to be stitching my first ever full coverage (I hadn’t noticed that before I clicked buy, Lol)

Great to see you back Lisa. I have managed to get hold of one of the scissor fobs and your dad's stunning picture. Very talented gent. I must admit I have never heard of Maggie's. My sister who I haven't spoken to for years recently fell and broke both of her ankles and the Drs couldn't understand why she wasn't healing. Sadly they've found a growth on her chest.😒. She was the one out us three girls who did everything right health wise. Us other two girls have been overweight and smoke, she must be thinking how unjust life is. I think you and the other cyclists are amazing. You all have so much time and effort into the charity ride. You shouldn't feel bad not doing videos, although I do like to hear from you in them. I used to be one of those awful car drivers that hates cyclists, but then my husband took it up, bought a road bike and I have so much more appreciation for them now. Your dad's artwork is beautiful, the chart isn't something I'd stitch, but I've ordered a needle minder as you can never have too many! Looking forward to your regular update xx

Hi Lisa, so lovely to see you again. Phew, how do you do it?! I realise how sedentary I’ve become through the lockdowns. Such a fantastic cause you are cycling for. I have lived with cancer for the past 16 years and still remember that first week I spent by myself in a ward room just wanting reassurance and information but not having anyone to talk to. Cancer can be a very lonely illness. I see they want to open a Maggies at my local hospital, Musgrove, but they need £5m. It shows the importance of brilliant people like you who raise money for them. Keep up the fantastic work. Take care.

Hello Lisa my partner was diagnosed with cancer last August he’s absolutely fine now ( fingers crossed) but we had only distant links with Maggies thanks to you know what. How ever knowing there was someone in the background was fabulous. It’s a wonderful cause and I will be purchasing from your Etsy store. The drawing your Dad did is amazing. Totally enjoyed your up date video. OMG your dad really can draw .. does he draw other things or does he have a favorite style . I totally feel for your mom , I had back surgery and I couldn't do anything. Hard to wash laundry, and dishes !!! But I'm so glad she is doing well. 🤗🤗

Nice to see ya back Lisa I had to have a double take I also have a Trek same colour to. Mine is a hybrid very similar to yours but mine isn’t drop handle bars I just can’t get on with drop handle bars.

@@craftylisa4205 I’m doing well thank you my husband has a red marlin trek we just love cycling he is more of a mountain biker and I’m more gravel/road I just wish I could stitch and ride at the same time. BTW I think what you are doing for the charities is wonderful keep going you’ve got this.💕💕💕

For me y talk very fast. Had to do my utmost to follow you. You re very very busy. Y have to be careful not to get a burn.out. I would like t o order 2 needle minders for a present but can’t find you on etsy. You have to send them to the Netherlands but i think the mail is not only very expensive but also very slow. Some things i don’t know how it’s done on iPad due to my age (70), but i’m working on the pdf pattern from THE NEW NOW. Also every day a few hours on paper pattern from Theresa Wentzler Peacock Tapestry .Second hand from someone in New Sealand. Like doing eye.lets learned from your sparkling peacocks chatelaine. For super great music , while biking y could also go to youtube and “Beste Zangers”.
