We are doing something similar in Ghana and we already have the incubator that can hatch more than 5000 eggs and everything including fertilized eggs will be produced on our farm. We already have 20,000 capacity chicken coop and expanding. Doc we can help each other . I really enjoy learning from your videos

I finally started myself my supplier keep giving me the ring around, had to go with a new supplier cost a little more but I'm so happy to have started, I'm doing birds for meat.

Just a tip, day old chicks need atleast half a teaspoon of glucose in 10lts of water. Also because their intestines have not been prepped for feeding most find it difficult to poop add atleast 10ml of liquid paraffin to 10trs of water for atleast the first 5-10days.
And I am very proud of you.
