If he's got a schedule to keep up with then he's gotta work at a certain rate of speed over all projects otherwise everyone's gonna run late. So I think if you're paying for the extra time then he'll work slower. Otherwise this rate would take care of 99% of jobs. This so happen to be the set of some sort of cross over event between Animal Farm and the Office
