I've always heard the only difference really between the two year. Four year are in a 4-year. RN can be a nurse manager. Because the salary difference isn't that much. I have a cousin who is a two-year RN and she makes close with a 4-year RN does without any loans to pay back
that's because they are both RNs! They take the same exam to get certified! ADN is the better option for low-income students because you get an RN salary in only 2 years (and many employers will pay for you to get your BSN anyways!)
@@ChocolatexCherries3 My cousin isn't low-income. She just chose to do that rather than go to school for 4 years. I know you're generalizing but she wasn't
Darling, help me out. I'm 15, a freshmen in highschool. I'm doing dual enrollment so I am looking for classes that will help me in the future. BSN is my top choice right now. Could you just tell me what a BSN nurse does and has to go through nobody will just say it.
I'm a family caregiver. Have been for 9 years now. Im considering a career in Nursing. Any suggestions on where i should start? I don't really want to start at the CNA level becuase i feel like i already do that now. I thought about LPN. I already have a Bachelor's in a different field so people keep telling me to go the accelerated BSN route. What y'all think? Thanks for your response. ☮️❤️
If you have a degree in health related, you will have a high chance of being accepted into the ABSN or ADN. You do not need to start over, if you decided to go back to school for Nursing, you will have to show proof of your school credits and HESI-exam. Also you will need proof of vaccination.
Tysm for this video ♥️ I’m thinking about becoming an LPN and moving to NY one day and I was wondering what the potential salary would be like. I know that NY is expensive lol and was curious if an LPN salary would be enough to live comfortably
@@nursequeen2084 thank you because one school agency discouraged me that I can't use my LPN certificate to apply for ADN if I don't have any existing degree. I was broken hearing it
Based on how she speaks I guessed ADN immediately. Not sure how I knew but it seems like when we pronounce the word “asked” it gives it away the level of education someone has. I really don’t know why it always pans out for me.
Girl huh ? The way someone speaks determines the level of education someone has ? Your logic is ignorant and it's disturbing to be on the same internet as someone with this mindset
Hello, can you tell me how can I reduce the price of ADN tuitions ( all the fees included ) or tell me if their is a free of charge ADN’s program somewhere in USA please ? 🤍
My oldest son went to K State and he loved it! He didn't go for nursing, he is now a band teacher at a school.
That’s so dope! Depending on how old he is I may know him! 💚💛

@@pjb29061True. You just can’t take the breaks. You have to go in the summer also. Your cousin worked really hard .

Find a mentor! Do shadows. Look for a LPN program that allows high school stufents
@@nursequeen2084 alright, thank you so much. But do you know what grade you must be in high school to do it? I'm only a freshmen

hi i want to ask that how long pre requisite is needed in ADN program
It depends on the person. I came out of HS as an LPN so I started my ASN right away.
How do you “start off as an LPN in high school”??
It was a program my mom found
❤
Thank you!
I'm a future nurse next
You got it 🤎

How did you become an LVN in high school? I
It was a vocational program through my high school!

Did you take a gap year between the adn and bsn or did you start in the next term?
No I went straight through
@@nursequeen2084 ok

Yes you can

Yes it is! Associate Degree
Also hun, how long was the lpn program and the lpn to adn program?
👏🏾

LPN in high school 😮
Yes there are a lot of schools that offer it!

That doesn’t make sense because at the time of the video she has both ………..
😂😭 I’m most definitely lost girl what ??
She’s saying the word is “ASKED” not “axed”
You don’t “axe” someone a question. You “ask” a question. You axe wood.
