    Thank you po for this recipe, ito po ang ginawa naming pinagkakakitaan ngayong quarantine. Dahil po wala akong stand mixer iba po yung naging outcome nung dough sobrang naging sticky at ayaw mabuo talaga. Naka ilang try ako bago ko po ito ma perfect, yung mga unang pandesal na nagawa ko tumitigas agad pagkatapos ng ilang oras. Hanggang sa nakuha ko na yung tamang ratio na flour na idadag-dag ko dito sa recipe na to. Kahit malamig na yung tinapay at abutin na hanggang kinabukasan malambot parin po ito.
    I'm only 19 haha at based lang po ito sa ginawana ko ngayon.
    You can add po dalawang 1/4 of bread flour and 1tbs. Yung unang 1/4 at 1tbs pwede niyo na po isabay sa huling 1 cup of bread flour na nilagay ni chef. Habang yung natitirang 1/4 cup is for dusting. Asahan niyo po na sticky parin siya pero not like before. Para po hindi dumikit sa kamay niyo yung dough try to put oil/butter/margarine sa kamay niyo. Para madaling mapakinis yung dough ihampas hampas niyo po ito dun sa pinagmamasahan niyo. Pwede niyo po itong imasa for 10-15 min. I hope makatulong din po to sa inyo.

    Chef gusto ko po magpasalamat dahil dito sa video na ito nag start na po ako ulit magbenta online ng mga tinapay na galing sa recipes nyo po dito sa youtube. At msarap po tlga kpag bakersfield products ang gagamitin..mdami pong nsarapan sa bake goodies ko.     Thanks for sharing your recipe po. I tried your recipe today, I used my 10 L oven toaster, I baked the pandesal for 45 minutes with temp. 150 C. Super Tasty and soft po yung texture nung pandesal. Sobrang nagustuhan ng family ko. ☺️❤️👏

    Gumawa aq today ng recipe na to.. Grabe chef ang sarap po pillow soft ang bread.. Nagustuhan po ng aking mga anak..😊 Nakasubok na aq ng diff type of pandesal bread.. Ito iba tlg... Tama kayo chef pag nasobrahan tlg sa alsa ng lalasang yeast ang Bread 😁 sinunod ko po lahat ng instruction..     At first I was worried that the dough was wet then it came out sooo soft and fluffy! I will double the sugar in the recipe. I baked at 350F for 18 minutes. Good recipe for sure!

    Hi Chef Emily. I just liked and subscribed because I trust this recipe. To make the bread smell and taste ube, can I add Ube Halaya (home made) to the mixture and by how much? Plan ko to add 1/3 to 1/2 cup halaya and the ube flavor I’ll make it 1 teaspoon lng. The rest of the ingredients will remain the same especially the bread improver. Will it not affect the texture of the dough like it will make it very sticky? Plan to start selling this in my area. Hope to hear from you soon Chef!

    Chef Emily nag try ako gumawa ng ube pandesal, wala akong food coloring pero ginamit ko ung ube halaya basta magka color violet lang, kinalabasan ang sarap at ang lambot pati. Perfect sarap kainin. Salamat sa menu ah.

    Hi I made yesterday your ube pandesal recipe. Napuri ako ng mga pamankin ko mas masarap kesa sa nabili ng papa nila. Ang sarap and lambot po talaga kahit malamig di sya masyado tumitigas at di sya amoy yeast tulad ng iba. Iba gamit ko flavoring ube. Pero will try your recommend one. I observed tama nga po pag proofing na 45mins lang for me kasi yung nag 1hr ako medyo matapang amoy yeast. Also i used 2 oven. Sa convection oven 10-12mins, pag conventional oven 15-18mins sya. Now sa office request sila benta daw ako kahit once a week.
