I think so too !! She found a man who loves her so much !! He is completely understanding of what she's going through even though & has so much compassion for her understandable issues from her past. I would have MAJOR trust issues if I had gone thru what she did !! I think the fact that she's built up the courage to trust ANYONE is a MIRACLE !! GOD BLESS both of these 2 people !! I wish them NOTHING but happiness😊 in their future !! To you I wait to tell you to keep up👍 the positive thinking cuz there's only a few of us left in this day & age !! I still say break up. 18 year age gap is not worth the drama in my opinion. People say age is just number and then they get older and realize it's good to have a partner who understands there age rather then someone who constantly has to hold themselves back from acting there age.

She really is God bless that women .. My Aunt was shot in the face with a sawed off shot gun from about 15 feet away with a buck shot and 1 pellet went into her brain and killed her .. God was definitely with this women and it was not her time to go she is still here for a reason..

She is a true survivor and absolute warrior with what she's been through but hopefully now she stops listening to her family when they try to stir the pot.

My dad was shot in the head twice and his leg and survived. I was around 8. The people thought he was my uncle at a red light in Memphis. It's a miracle he's still here, walking around with bullets still lodged in him.. he suffers from PTSD and severe anxiety now😢

I like those rare moments on this show when the results turn out well for all involved. And yea some people get real bitter about a happy couple especially if there’s an age gap (no grooming involved) or race or religion is different. Misery loves company. Love true but don’t stay with someone who harms, cheats and/or disrespects you because we only have one life and there are millions of people out there.

I might be the minority here, but I actually think it’s selfish and terrible of her to put such a good man through this type of drama because she is mentally ill and has trauma that she needs to work through. What she needs to do is see a therapist not be calling up Steve Wilkos.
I think she does need some counseling but I could see why her being told that he was cheating as being a trigger. It's not like she was suspicious of it before. I don't think there's enough help in the world that can take 100% of her trauma away.
Let's say you drive off bridge one day and live. You may be able to drive across a bridge again but if you see another car swerve ahead of you, you may freak out. And that's what happened to her. She didn't look for cheating, someone brought it to her.
she didn't put him through it for no reason, though. her family member (& judging by the context, a close one) told her he was cheating. i found out about exes cheating the same way. she's not going to take the statement lightly, and she wanted to call steve cause it was a he-said vs they-said. she's probably been in and still is in therapy for being...ya know...shot in the head twice.

They must BOTH recognize the extreme level of PTSD she is dealing with. Therapy can make her confident and self-assured as well as stronger and a better partner for him. He seems to be being a good partner too. But I’m sure without all the mental strife she’s going through-he’s miserable. This is the real sickness and health part.

I think it’s incredibly selfish to put your new partners through this type of mental torment because of your own mental illness. She needs to get psychiatric help to deal with her trauma.
I completely agree, however even with help she will still carry that trauma and projection is normal especially after the ordeal she went through. Honestly I don't think it would be an issue if her family weren't interfering, it sounds like they're prolonging her suffering and putting things in her head 😞 but I really do agree she should seek therapy ❤
@@englishrose8013 this is completely untrue. While she may still have the thought or memory of the incident it wouldn’t always bring her discomfort or fear. I’ve been doing intense trauma work in group and individual settings for 4 years after something I experienced during my teen years and with proper therapy, medication, and persistence your body literally relearns and reroutes those receptors. There is science behind trauma work like EMDR. It is miraculous for vets and victims of serious crimes. The only issue is so many people are okay with being victims or enabling victims that we justify this behavior instead of encouraging them to heal. So ultimately they stay prisoners of their own mind.

I was sexually abused as a child, raped as a teen and had a gun to put my head by the person who murdered one of my closest friends all before age 18 and while I'm 35 now and have had therapy and I'm on medication for anxiety disorders I still have trouble sometimes daily because of the trauma, it sucks and I'm still working on it and likely always will be and I'm certainly not "ok with being a victim" I'm a survivor but PTSD is a real issue and it's different for everyone.
I do think hers is in the extreme and it doesn't look like she's had any real professional help for what happened to her and I hope she can get it ❤️

For all you know she HAS had therapy & now she's fighting PTSD from what happened to her. I would be traumatized if I was fighting off someone who was trying to kill me by running & hiding in a shower ONLY to get shot twice in the freaking head @ point blank range !! That CAN NOT be something a human being can just "get over" !! I would have SERIOUS trust issues too after that happened to me. Ask yourself HONESTLY how would YOU react ?? THINK before you speak even if it's just leaving a comment that this woman might read. Age gaps are most often a issue . And it becomes more obvious,the elder they get (one of them...)
But if both are adults ( meaning at LEAST over 25 , brain is not fully developed before 25 , not even if person seem mature), one might still make it.
This couple seem very in tune.

What are you talking about? It’s genetics on how well someone ages. I’ve seen plenty of good looking older women in my line of work. If you’re taking care of yourself, not stressed out constantly and staying on top of your health you can look very good.
