In this application, our customer wanted to orient plastic barrels to automate their packaging line. Based on the shape of the product and the requirement to discharge the barrels standing upright, a centrifugal scallop feeder is the ideal solution. The system operates at over 300 parts per minute (PPM) and features LED lighting for enhanced visibility, Lexan guarding for safety and accessibility, and a back pressure relief system for line back-ups.
