I love robes postpartum- I try to stay in them as much as possible 😂 homemade yogurt in the IP is so yummy and easy and if you ever want some easy flavors it’s a lot of fun to use some natural jelly or jam in the bottom of the little pots so you can see the colors and stir them yourself. Can’t wait for the meal prep video!

My kids are grown but I remember those potty training days - it was sometimes a relief to put a pull-up on them for night time so I could stop having to constantly watch for signs of an accident! Well done on making your own yogurt! x

Highly recommend the stainless steel mugs with a lid for coffee or tea! It keeps it warm at least a few hours so you don’t have to reheat so much. Also you can get a yogurt strainer or a cheesy cloth/nut milk bag and strain the whey from the yogurt and it will make it like Greek yogurt. The longer you let it strain, the thicker the yogurt.
Put your starter out so it's room temp when your yogurt is cool and don't cool your yogurt below 100 degrees. You can also strain your yogurt through a thin towel or layered cheesecloth to make it Greek. Just let it drain for about an hour. Then mix in your sweetener. It also sets up thicker in the fridge.

Hello! As for yogurt, I have been making it for a couple years, here are my tips. I use a slow cooker since I feel it holds the heat well for a long time. Just throw towels over as it sets! I add 1c starter for each gallon and that will last a couple weeks for us. Also, you can freeze your starter! That has been a game changer since sometimes life gets crazy and I get so sad when I waste starter that has gone bad. Just make sure it is at room temp before you mix it in to the warm milk. 😊
also homemade yogurt is often runny, if you want it thicker you can always strain it using cheese cloths... if you dont have cheese cloth chucks cloths ( new clean ones) work well too... not sure if you have chucks cloths in America.
I use my instant pot to make yogurt. I add my milk sit the slow cooker setting for two hours, at the end of two hours shut it off let it sit for three hours do not open it. Open it up and add the starter replace the lid and let it sit for 12 hours. Put in jars.

Also, is that a Maya Wrap? I have one that looks just like it. For this baby coming, I invested in a Boba Wrap. I plan to use the other one as well. Do you use cloth diapers?

Im only at the beginning of the video, but could you make a potty training advice video?? Our little guy is only a couple months older than yours and he sobs when he sits on the potty for a poo poo. We really are lost and it would be so awesome to see insite from a mama whos done it before!

Natural yoghurt is always fluid as long as there are no additives. Commercial yoghurt has thickeners.
You can strain the whey from the yogurt and make it thicker :)

My oldest is from a previous relationship. Her dad and I agreed that starting in 6th grade she would go to school. She is in private school full time. :)
