I can imagine the energy of being at the table can be overwhelming and I think she breathes deeply to bring about clarity, and to formulate her thoughts. As a sufferer of high-anxiety; this touched me. We are not always aware of how simple breathing can relax and calm us - our thoughts, and our body. Of course, we sometimes need more than just breathing but I think it’s a foundational start to calming ourselves so that we can be better prepared. That’s what I took from her interview... The industry needs her sound. I love her. She is so special, it makes me sad to think that she is going to show down as a music artist

I am just hesitant because I've been doing this for 20 years, what does the rest look like. My purpose is service to others but I don't know what that looks like right now.
