i dont uually comment much on all he youtube vids i watch but i just want to say.... i watched a couple of your videos a while ago whn u was ina duo channel but it never became a must watch for me. and in no offence at all to anybodies feelings but since u created our own channel i never miss a video and have become totally in awe of your personailty your life story, your morals and ambition.. im really glad you cam to do a channel on your own as its now always a must watch for me!! hope you feel better with you foot hun! im in the same boat with an injured infected leg haha.. cant wait for the next vid! xx

Awww Sydney, don't worry about the foot injury I've had this in the past. Missed the stepping I had a small bone fracture until during lockdown I was enjoying the exercising at home skipping then I pulled a muscle. The swelling happened so quickly and I recovered quickly. I do have pains now and then but the swelling will go down within 2 weeks also the bruising. Xxx here for you if you need anything xx
Bless you. I work in A&E & damaging your ligaments can be as painful as a break. Penthrox makes you feel as high as a kite but it is an extremely effective pain relief. Hope you're feeling better & healing well. X

Is that your second tube of skin and me if youve used it a month i thought it lasted a month or does it last 3 ? Also Sorry about ur foot whats the healing time ??!
hey my love sorry I didn't explain this properly - so its to last you a month this is the second one and as you use it each time there's a little scale on the side that shows you how many uses u have left - so handy. thanks so much girl its been a week and still pretty swollen and hurting but deffo on the mend xxx

They last a month, you get a new one each month on subscription
