I just failed on the interview last week and lost my confidence speaking English. I am such a shy person so I don’t feel comfortable speaking in front of public even if it is my mother tongue. For the first question, the steps that am taking is every early in the morning while am doing my household chores am I speaking im english answering my own question so that it be im ease for me if I will encountered for those question phrases. Everyday I try to hear you at least for half an hour to improve my fluency in English . As a matter of fact I can speak and understand English but I cannot speak constantly for longer time . The plan I made for my studying routine, is get into good mood and I listens to motivation videos that way will make me going. And then I start my day of studying. hi Annemarie. thanks so much for your wonderful videos. luckily I get the chance to talk in English when i go to visit my family in the UK, however what i do notice is that native speakers are not patient enough to listen to non-native speakers, unless you´re a fast speaker and you are able to get the message across easily and clearly. therefore i do much appreciate your efforts to encourage us to be confident. we do need reassurance all the time.

At the moment, I learn English with you on you tube and I learn it every morning and write down some sentences and phrases that is interesting to me. I put those on post its and review it some time when I have time every 2 days. After a week I felt that it is not so interesting to me to learn that way.
