One important info is missing, you can turn off auto-validation, that way you have way more control especially with using the lasso tool. So you don’t necessarily have to get the shape right the first time you draw it 😊
u r a saint for doing these tutorials, im a total beginner and just bought nomad app because of your tutorials so thanku, a total beginner course on how to use the menus and design a very simple flexi cute animal would be amazing

Great tutorial, thank you! I'm struggling big time with wanting to trim away an area that I've mask before (so I don't have to draw the trim area manually) - is this even possible? It seems so obvious but it's not doing anything when I try it.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! And that's something I've been trying to figure out myself! I keep hearing there's a way to do it but haven't gotten it yet lol. I'll do a video if I figure it out!

Im trying to split with polygon option on but it only lets me edit the points on what I want to split how do I validate it when I have to ready so it will keep the shape?
There's a little green dot by your polygon points as you add them! Tap on that and it will apply your shape cutout for you :)
