This song is amazing. I did a little research & found an article from Vogue magazine in which Teeks said:
The song is about longing.
Longing for someone and not being able to be next to them. Having that emotional weight and feeling it so strongly that the pain becomes physical.
My God, did he ever convey that! I felt every word in my bones. There was zero doubt of what he was going thru and delivering his emotions with that rich, lush, powerful voice took me on his journey with him.
Like you mentioned & I’ve also said, music is the one thing that has the power to unite, to heal, to transform, enlighten, educate, and bring us joy and love. No matter who or what we are or where we live. It crosses all boundaries. I honestly don’t know what kind of world this would be without it. Can you imagine? I can’t.

Checked out a few of Saint’s songs and Oh My God! “Homies” is a masterpiece. These young artists are just killing it! What I love is their voices are soooooo different & unique. Voices I’ve never heard the likes of before. Incredible.

Hi there. Teeks has a very good voice for sure. Incredibly soothing. Somehow I have a strong feeling that his voice still penetrates more easily with the female audience. For me I think it's the case that although I love his voice, I can't really see myself listening to a whole album. I am a definite SUCKER for great voices, and he has got that. But he's not able to reach my inner workings I think. And also I really loved the arrangement in this one. BEAUTIFUL instrumentals. And like you mentioned, the layering is building a beautiful atmosphere, and it left me a little curious about who is doing the backing😁 It sounded VERY nice. So, being a male, the female backing triggered me almost just as much as his voice in this one. Strange, I know. Music is extremely interesting that way. I think this may be your favorite so far, in this crazy stint of yours? And I also think I may know which one was your least favorite. But I may very well be wrong on both. I'm curious to see what the next (and last 😭) 4 will be and what we have in store. I have to say I'm expecting fireworks in the last one😂 Just admit it, that was a clever one😉 Take care, Adrianna!
