HOW TO ADD MORE SPEED TO YOUR THROW - JY THROWS S2 E70

Today I cover a couple ways I've experienced the best speed gains in my throws and some things that may help you visualise positions I'm trying to hit when I throw based on professional throwers t add speed. for discus the movements are almost identical you just need to find the timing with the discus so it comes out at the right time. I discuss the timing more in my last couple videos. also had a great day myself in both shot and disc. can't wait for my next practice!
