It's an honor for us Indonesian and Sundanese especially that foreign interested in our culture. This wayang golek show is funny but still has good moral messages in it. Try to look up "Asep Sunandar Sunarya" he's the best "dalang" or wayang performer ever!!!
@Venexilio It's Semar. He's actually very "sakti" (a master of magical force). He looks ridiculous because he swallowed a mountain (so the story said). He is probably more sakti than any other characters in wayang world, but he and his 3 ridiculously shaped children: Gareng, Petruk and Bagong/Cepot who are also very "sakti", provides comic relieve, usually at the middle of the show.
even if it's not spoken from its original language, it's not too weird,, english is universal and it's also okay to speak with it to bring wider viewer
