Nicely done sir very nicely done indeed. It's to bad they don't make these kind of metal trucks to much anymore, mostly just plastic. Thanks for sharing. 😁👍🇨🇱🇺🇸
Again you have delivered a beautiful restoration Joe. It is a beautiful model this fisherman truck. Little mistake?: I think you installed the wrong taillights.
Another beautiful job on a poor old truck! But you forgot the two white lights that were on the back originally. If you did not like the color, you could paint them!
Awesome job! Quick question, could you maybe think about having an on screen countdown of when you’re about to talk in the video? I was watching this in bed and jumped when you started talking lol
Here you go: this should belong in the Chip channel restoration series. If this is all about iron made toy cars, trucks, vans, wagons, buses, RVs, motorcycles with sidecars, space shuttles, helicopters, airplanes, jets. This includes flying saucer jets. I also never saw any 1972 2 door sports coupes get restored on the Chip channel series. 🍟 🍪 🍟
What a gorgeous restoration! Thank you for sharing!
The before / after is really impressive

Another awesome restoration. Beautiful red paint. Great job. ❤😊❤🇺🇸

At 1:08, it looked like you left it parked in downtown Oakland. This was really fun! Thanks!

Another good looking resto, Joe. I'm surprised you didn't want to polish the new wheels and front grille.
Thanks Mark!

Another awesome restoration Joe how many of these veteran Tonka Toys have you restored.
Thanks Robert! I think around 40
@@joe_diy Some of these veteran Tonka Toys were never available in Australia.
You could use some miniature jack stands to go with it.
Wish I had some!
First class!
Thanks MrZlooze!

Awsome videos. What do you do with all the trucks when you’re done with them?
Wish you put a little audio with this video.
What was your hardest restoration? or the one that you made the most mistakes?
Probably the scissor lift truck. The lift mechanism took special large rivets and it was impossible to get the crimping tool in right.
Love this resto and this truck!! How'd you work out that tailgate. It looked pretty gnarly. Hooked on these videos.
Thanks Alex! To be 100% honest I had a better one on hand and swapped them out. That old one was beyond repair!
Dude, you have a time turner, don’t you? How else can you reverse time and bring these gems back to new condition?
😈great
Thanks Mike!
❤❤❤🌺
♥♥♥
how do you find that filler with the heat when powder coating cheers mike
Works well as long as you prime it. No primer and you get bleed through
Do you also put your logo stickers on your model
Only on the customs!
Can I send you a toy to restore?
I am Putin
not a 1961 58-60 body style
No T on the grill, embossed T on bumper, wide hood panel spacing, that my friend is a 61.
