My childhood Crush💗 MK. Boys and girls avoid alcohol and cigarettes Or else, just check her out MK, she was a heart throb once upon a time but bad habits destroyed her health now.
Ending ajeeb tha Dil se ka. I agree. No wonder it was different from. The whole movie's flow. But never know what works. And I'm sure SRK wouldn't allow his characters love to die in front of him just like that. That's SRK he is quite particular about his characters. Even in Darr he refused to knife the hero from the back like weak villains. Do. And sunny deol was dead against that screenplay saying how can an untrained college guy stab a trained commando so easily. But SRK was particular he wouldn't stab the hero like a cheap villain. That's SRK. Some things work some don't. Dil se seems to be SRKs fav movie. It made him a global star. And he kept that I'm mind. There is a maninrathnam movie starring madhavan nandita das. Based on LtTE terrorist which has a similar theme. But more realistic. Some amazing performance there. Esp by the kid of a terrorist who comes to know of reality later. And tries to meet her mother in war torn sri Lanka. Much better storyline. Believable characters It's an amazing movie. Don't recall the name.
Kannathil Muthaimittal…yes that film is lovely. KM is a better film sure objectively I agree storywise ig it is more easily able to engage in the audience’s emotions unlike Dil Se which is kinda abstract but I personally subjectively still love Dil Se more…Compared to the director’s other terrorism focused films like Roja and Bombay,KM and Dil se are better I feel. I personally think Dil Se couldn’t have ended in any other way.I loved that ending!
Oh man this is so heartbreaking to know that the hero survives in the original version but they changed it last minute. whyyyy?? Why would they do such a big mistake? Maybe if they had stuck with the original version the film would've been successful. It was an amazing movie in the beginning with beautiful songs, screenplay, dialogues everything but they just ruined it at the end. I always hate the climax of this movie bcz Shahrukh dies there. It just didn't make any sense to me. It feels such a relief that it wasn't supposed to happen originally bcz the climax felt so wrong. She would've died and Shahrukh would've lived and gone back to Preity. They were so cute together. He was such an intelligent charming handsome man who just wasted his life over this terrorist. They should've shot both the climaxes and released that too years later for us to watch. That would be so amazing !
He brought it upon himself. She said no multiple times and he still harassed and assaulted her. He’s not some saint either just like her…both are grey characters.. It wasn’t her plan to kill him either…she says no even in the end and then at the last minute she gives in…The film showcases his obsessive love for a woman from attraction to death based on the seven stages of love. So it had to end in death. And ofc him dying is a sacrifice as it saves many others too…so in a way his act is noble too…As Manisha said here,Mani Ratnam wanted to show that love triumphed over her cause of terrorism. It’s fanciful yet ideal but also impossible…this film was so intense that it could only have ended up in an explosion with both of them dying together…And Preity she can easily find a better man…why should she settle for someone like Amar who’s clearly just not into her and only pretended the whole time? Jiya Jale was preity’s dream sequence not SRK’s. It was 20 min drama it’s not the whole film…It can be interpreted whether Manisha truly loved SRK or not but them dying together suggests their union in a different world where they might meet without all these restrictions and history! During the Ladakh portions and some other sequences later on,their chemistry is quite beautiful too and manisha’s eyes convey so much pain. Anyways this is just my perspective…sorry if I was being rude
@jayantsaketram8276 yeah this is only your perspective. Amar was never a grey character. He moved on when he thought manisha was dead, only after she appears he tries to win her back. The fact that this wasn't supposed to be the original ending that mani ratnam wrote and people also didn't like it and it performed poorly at the box office proves you are wrong
@@sneharaj6770 doesn’t he forcibly try to kiss her? How is he not a grey character…before him trying to forget her,are we supposed to believe he didn’t stalk her when he actually did lol…she said no multiple times and that she was uninterested and everything yet ye pursued her relentlessly…trying to kiss her too…sexual assault…See I love this film too but Amar was definitely a grey character just like Meghna. He made me feel for Meghna because of his relentless stalking…and not just me,most modern viewers thought that he stalked her and call him a grey character…my opinion isn’t wrong
@jayantsaketram8276 your opinion is your opinion. If such stalking is a big thing then no one in the world would be able to get his/her love. I guess you don't understand love. And that kiss? Yes he shouldn't have don't it. He only did that because he thought megha also felt the same for him. These things happen in real life too. When two people are attracted, they sometimes act forcefully, that isn't assault or anything. I don't even like the movie still I don't feel he is anywhere equivalent to a terrorist. So stop this unnecessary debate. These social media theories are messing your brain. Grow up!
Dil se is poetry! ❤
Indeed!
I disagree. Its not about credibitity. Its about Junoon. Its about sacrifice. Its about love.
Only 1 in a billion can appreciate true love; others will find it weird 😅😂
she is so beautiful
One of my most favorite movies
My childhood Crush💗 MK.
Boys and girls avoid alcohol and cigarettes Or else, just check her out MK, she was a heart throb once upon a time but bad habits destroyed her health now.
I do think that this is because she has aged?
She's a breast cancer survivor my friend. She has had a hard battle with life with a near death experience. See her ted talk.
Plus she hasn't gone under the knife or used any botox or fillers. It's credible to look like after going through so much. So let's not assume things
Don't forget she was a chain smoker and alcoholic too, please search engine for your reference.
Whoever has done her makeup needs to be sacked
She doesnt have any except for lipstick 💄
Manisha Koirala acted very well in mann movie!
In Dil Se Movie, Manisha Koirala outperformed SRK.
Ending ajeeb tha Dil se ka. I agree.
