Thank you for crediting Moog, it seems I forgot to write a description for this video. Their channel is hours of entertainment and his is such a talented composer
Good video mate and thanks for it, but just a word of caution when pouring those hot coals and not wearing any shoes. Those things can bounce anywhere at anytime when pouring and let's just say OUCHY!!! Not that I would know from experience but anyway I always use the chimney starter with the lever activated trap door. Much more control and safer that way. Cheers!
Did you have to add any coals to the grill? I've seen indirect cooks on this grill where they keep the side vents open on the coal side and closed on the meat side. They also close the top vent on the coal side and open the top vent on the meat side. Good job though, the meat looks great.
@@jackeladventures1419 You may want to add a lid thermometer - Just drill a 1/4" hole and pick one off Amazon. I also purchased one of these and my grilling results have dramatically improved www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084L86VTX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Lower vents are installed upside down btw.
Quite a few people install this way, it makes it easier to see the vents
Wow, you're game. Walking bare feet while carrying the briquettes around.
You should include the total cook time so that those attempting this can plan ahead, other then that great vid - thanks!
Thanks a lot for the feedback I’ll do that from now on, I looked back at my footage and the cook was just over an hour
My god this looks good
Lovely! You could probably also make due with half the coals for a nice slow cook
just a tip, should have left that to rest at least an hour wrapped up and in a cooler box. would have been tender!
how long did that take?
Did you leave the air holes openings on both sides on the bottom full open the whole cook? Thanks
I left the top circular vent over the coals closed, so the heat is drawn over the meat.
Bottom vents completely open

She did just that.Pay attention.
@@jonnygunner65 What are you talking about, you need your eyes and ears checked, I didn't see her add any additional coals to the fire.
Could you give me the approx cooking time for the lamb please
Great video mate!! How big was the lamb shoulder and what was the cooking time?
Hi mate sorry I don’t have the weight, I’ll make sure in the next video I include these details but the cook took just over an hour.
Nice - Next time also include grill temps as well please
Thanks Joe, our GA doesn’t have a thermometer but we find just half a lit basket of charcoal does the job, or a full chimney in a larger kettle
