    Maritozzi is normally enjoyed at breakfast, *but if you want to devour them as soon as possible*, at 4:53 do not refrigerate the buns. Instead, let them prove at room temperature for one hour and then bake! 💖😻

    I don't know who taught you this recipe, but thank god for tradition. Such work, no wonder pastries are expensive. I hope your family appreciates you.

    I am intrigued by this recipe: zest of lemon and orange plus vanilla. Great bake there!

    How I miss jam and fresh cream sticky buns.
    I know they're not the traditional Maritozzi like here, but they are delicious.
    In a perfect food tolerance world, I could see myself devouring one, maybe two of these delightful buns with a cappuccino.

    Great video, awesome that you included no-mixer instructions! They looked great at the end. I'm new to baking but not to cooking, and I really wanna get more into Italian foods so this is on my list!

      @BlackCatKitchen, made them today!!! so good, just not as big as yours, but I'm in Canada, flour might be different...they are super delicious..and would never go back to buying any other kinds. It's difficult to find a good chocolate chip muffin.. don't know why but I have made some bad ones!
      These turned our very nice...! one question, can you just use both eggs rather than one egg and then the white..just wondering>

    I do them but I like to know why you use only half of cup of flour when I use 500 grams

      I've broken down the flour measurements into the amount required for the autolyze, and then the dough. I used 390 grams of bread flour in total, which made 8 maritozzi! I hope that helps! 💖😻
