It's difficult to find a good chocolate chip muffin.. don't know why but I have made some bad ones! These turned our very nice...! one question, can you just use both eggs rather than one egg and then the white..just wondering>
I've broken down the flour measurements into the amount required for the autolyze, and then the dough. I used 390 grams of bread flour in total, which made 8 maritozzi! I hope that helps! 💖😻

I do them but I like to know why you use only half of cup of flour when I use 500 grams
