What a cool and informative video!, it made me start my own collection this month, I've always wanted to collect finished models as I have no time to build them from plastic kits anymore, but I've always been doubtful about what scale to choose from (1:43 or 1:18) Now I see that some 1:43 scale models has the detail and representation of bigger scales but without taking all the space of the 1:18s. Thanks a lot!

Great video my friend! I don't collect 1/43 scale castings because they are too big and they take a lot of room compared to 1/64 scale castings, but I do like them a lot. I just don't have the space to store them in. Count me in as a new subscriber. Take care and God bless you and your family during these challenging times my friend.

minichamps schuco and spark are the best value
i recently got myself a murcielago SV in 1:43 in autoart. I have a 1:18 1992 skyline that i love because of how well detailed it is and found a good deal on the 1:43 lambo so i went for it expecting meh results because of the smaller scale. all i need to say is WOW. stunned isnt even enough to describe my reaction. this thing came with details that only made me beg the question "HOW did they do that??!" Needless to say i'm also addicted and am eyeballing a sesto in 1:43 right now. I dont know how well the carbon fiber body would look at that smaller scale since i know it gets trickier to make it look convincing enough to charge a premium.
I have the 1:43 sesto elemento by auto art. its defo worth it.
@@avishekghatak2176 i've been so impressed with these little 1:43 models that i went ahead and bought an aventador sig series from autoart for a sweet deal of $80! it has all opening parts and the details on it are mind blowing. i keep asking myself, HOW did they do THAT?! lol
AutoArt makes one of the best 1:43 scale models, from quality perspective. Too bad they seem to focus mainly on 1:18 these days and didn't release anything in 1:43 this year.
@@Jedimaster36091 its a shame their 1:18 are so pricey. Im sure if youre a serious collector theyre worth it. Plus these 1:43 models are easier to find places for and most come with a nice display case that you can stack.

Awesome video man! Would you say the almost real model you have of the bentely race car is the highest detailed model you have in your collection?
Thank you! This is a hard question to answer, the highest detailed 1/43 first came to my mind are the MakeUp ones, but those singer Porsches have much less details than that Bentley race cars. I don't think the Almost Real Bentley GT3 is the best detailed but with that complexity and its price, it's definitely a game changer.

I know it will vary but what are the average dimensions of this scale? I thought 1/43 was too small but watching this I'm not so sure lol

Is there an English Website for MakeUp Idea? I have been looking for the Porsche 911 Re imagined by Singer all over the place and these seem to be the only ones that look to be worth buying. Google Translate only does so much. Any ideas?

Do any of these models' wheels move?
TyrantTitan, on the SophiArt Regera, the wheels move, but hardly, as it is a resin model. With Autoart, I think most or all model’s wheels turn.
I personally own models of both brands, the regera in red, and a volcanic red McLaren P1.
Most all 1/43 models I have do not have rolling wheels, even the cheap ones. I do have a 1/18 IXO and Auto Art of which both roll and are not attached to a base. They are awful to display as they roll around in their display case.

Please remove that transparent strap on your Jagermeister BMW car! It will stain your car! It'll eat into the paint! I'm restoring my Jaguar XJ220 coz it damaged the paint job on the car. 😉👍
