as an American living in the UK for the past 22 years, every Christmas i would say that i prefer the "American" version of AiaM but this year, having heard this arrangement for the first time, i can say the usual UK and the American versions are nothing special compared to the Jacques version.
I heard this in church in Christmas Day, absolutely gorgeous rendition and a new favourite.
This is now my favourite version. Absolutely beautiful and a really lovely choir.
I’d never heard this version until We sang it in my church’s Christmas choir. It’s so very beautiful and you sing it wonderfully.
My favorite version
Always preferred this version
A lovely musical version of the Carol; sung exquisitely by the choir
Beautiful. I really prefer this to the tune we so often hear which I think has become rather hackneyed.
This tune has always been my favourite. We used to sing it in my school choir. The French carol tunes are so beautiful.
My school choir used to sing this tune and I've been trying to find a recording or it for years thank you so much i think its so beautiful ❤
Excellent interpretation!
Beautifully sung. Love the humming verse...always works that lullaby magic
I much prefer this vision.

Normandy is the best tune for Away In A Manger. Cradle Song is okay. I don't like the American tune, though.
