some thing really STRANGE happended the other day my old HP Elitedesk 705 G4 (Ryzen 2400G) update the firmware (bios) right from Windows Update (like an optional update) i was wondering if HP finally will accept Windows 11 on these machines
Does this make my intel 10400f cpu upgradeable to the newest gen? My hp pavilion pc would benefit from that because 3060 ti and 10400f bottlenecks a bit.

No that will be down to a faulty Wifi card or Wifi driver issue. Try installing the latest Wifi driver card for your laptop.
