Kept getting this on and off this evening, very annoying. The Switch was connecting to the Network but the error kept occurring in the e-shop. It's resolved now but just to note there are Nintendo Network issues atm so it might not be anything to do with your connection. Just thought I'd point that out to anyone else who ended up here today. Btw thank you for this. Videos likes this are always very useful to go back on, short and to the point without the waffle.
Wow last video I watched was 2mins long just for a guy to tell me to turn switch off and said it would work, this video BY FAR is better thanks so much got me connected back to online so I can do more raids in pokemon!
I have the exact same issue and it hasnt been working since a couple hours ago today.. this manual change didnt fix nor restarting the switch, it detects the wifi nearby but absolutely is not connecting.. also reformatting didnt fix so i dont recommend that if you want to keep saves since it still has errors after formatting
