This car is super appealing... Even that rear door safety unlock system is definitely the first time it is offered by any car manufacturer here in PH... Ang cool ng car na 'to. Kudos to Chery
I have owned one for close to 8 months (and 20,000kms) now. Here is my review: Vehicle has very comfortable seats with good visibility making it easy to drive despite its size. Good for long highway driving. I wouldnt call it a plush ride but it’s comparable to vehicles at same price point. Sound system is also excellent. Vehicle is packed with tech features which may or may not be a good thing over the long term. Ive owned it for 8 months only so its too early to tell how reliable or easy to repair the car will be. Now the bad side. Contrary to kingpanda i actually found the interior to be a bit cramped especially for families with young kids (ie requiring a baby seat). Despite its looks, the vehicle is best suited for driving on paved roads/highway/city. Offroad is a different story. Dont buy this thinking you are getting a defender for half the price. The traction control constantly struggles to find grip, wheel articulation can use a lot of improvement. Uneven terrain causes immediate loss of traction. Low end torque feels inadequate and u will constantly find ur self pumping the accelerator just to get over rocky uphill climbs. All in all a good vehicle for the city. Its definitely not a defender but at its price its good enough.
@@onlinesignsanddisplays3484 thank you for the info. as expected di tatagal sa hard core adventure terrain. 8 months palang hoping you'll update us again after 3 years. My Nissan navarra pro 4x super stable even 3 years old na. Easy lahat hard core off-road and traveler here.
@ there is a vlog here on youtube of a family who went up to baguio for a camping trip. They drove a jetour t2 and the vehicle couldnt drive up the steep cemented driveway. They tried unloading passengers just to see if less weight can help the vehicle climb. You can see the front tires spinning trying to find traction. And the rear wheels lost all traction due to poor articulation. Search for it if you’d like to see how the vehicle performs in real world scenarios. Its quite disappointing actually that an almost php3M that’s positioned to be a vehicle for adventure couldnt drive up a simple but steep driveway. A lot of people were commenting that it was driver error. It wasnt driver error at all. Any php3M vehicle (let alone one that looks like a defender) should be able to crawl up that driveway with ease. Unfortunately i wont be keeping the jetour t2 for more than a year. I bought it just out of curiosity since i like trying out new cars. Here i found the vlog ua-cam.com/video/OGBZksWf7RM/v-deo.htmlsi=coX2e2fyMvPA5njr
