@seethaandvalli56 eating once in a while in moderation is fine. Human Body always maintains warm temperature of 37 degrees centigrade.
Hi Manoj. I wanted to know one thing. Since you are a full time food vlogger, how do you take care of your health?
You would have eaten food in 1000s of restaurants/places and I am sure it comes at a cost of your health. We never know the quality of oil, added preservatives, change of water from one place to another and so on.

Only missing classical music in this restaurant but custommers people talk very loudly too too much breaking ears? While eating they should not talk respect the food is important. (I dont say Mr.Manoj talk while eating I agree that you are doing vlog as profession) it's OK . Most of Indians in Restaurant or marriage fiesta never respect food one thing they talk too much loudly or while eating they talk by telephone is really shocking no respect for food? In world many millions people are without food starving this image hurting us some are abusing food like this way????? Really shocking. This is only missing civilisation ! ! ! In europe or japan never happens this behavior. Some people in India they should learn from Japan or Europe will be much respect for others.
