A great video in all the tricky modeling details and failures. It's curious how you have slanted this as not made for Kids because of the processes you use. Maybe let me tell you my experience with any argument with the destructive AI that Google use. No matter what argument I put to the bot I lose every appeal. Explaining there is model making processes has never worked for me. Even explaining it involves adult themes or retail studies fails. I have even proven to myself adding a curse word also will not stop the UA-cam systems from striking a video as Made for Kids. It seems there is a tipping point of 'kids related' images in a video that is where it's all set. Of course your never told why the AI see's your content as made for Kids. And anyway just on masking tape, yeah that's important. You do basically get what you pay for and non leak tape is needed. That line work is impressive.
It's been a real frustration to try and work around. Like you said, they don't tell you what the outstanding issue is, and once your appeals get rejected, you're out of luck. I've definitely lost a number of appeals. I'm sorry to hear your experience has been just as harrowing. I certainly hope that things become a bit more reasonable in the future at YT HQ, but we'll see. Thanks so much for watching and leaving a comment anyway, even with the ever-looming threat of the comment section being wiped. And yes, a masking tape lesson was certainly learned!
@@Calebtrain Google completely ignore a video that is made for a 'general audience' and seem to be very black & white in relation to whats a 'kids' video is. From what I can see anything which has a Kids character in it can be whacked down as UA-cam Kids. The fact that Google never points out why it's a Kids video is very telling. Maybe with that warning you use where you say a video can't be a Kids video will backfire if it is flagged as Made for Kids. If a parent hear or see a warning like that on the 'safe' Kids side of UA-cam they may act against it. All I know is if any of my videos get set as Made for Kids they become totally dead and basically worthless. The videos were never made for under 4 year olds.

hahaha that would be pretty random out of context 😂
That Thomas model looks so amazing! Is it definitely worth it to do ho scale for like much more variety in engines and rolling stock and tracks?
For my purposes, HO makes the most sense space wise. It's true as well that since it's the most popular scale, there's more resources for it! I would say it's worth it, but it entirely depends on what you want out of it :)
@@Calebtrain definitely having a lot of creativity in model making and having a big model with a lot of engines and rolling stock on it makes ho the way to go seems like. My custom g scales are nice but I just don’t have the space for it sadly
The amount of busted buffers references is awesome
Gotta do it!
