How did he invested in its own people ? Isnt the project builder outside from india taking larger chunks of money? Cant you see many foreigners working in the video ? Mere few percentage of the project cost might go indians.

Actually, this is a great idea if it is truly a wedding reception venue built for realtor's son. Nothing is a waste with what I have seen. Most of the materials could be recovered and resold. Likewise, the site looks much like a potential estate. Good idea for a realtor and developer to show his strength to his potential clients.
