- In the beautiful Cariboo , testing our claim and looking for those old ancient benches/channels....Digging pits ,testing the ground for gold concentrations doing proper reclamation and of course lots of fun had ...Discovered in 1861 by Cunningham, Bell and Hume. This is one of the world richest gold creeks...With lots left to find up in the hills.... Hope you enjoy

Another awesome video bro, yes reclamation is so very important including putting all the sticks branches, logs and leaves they definitely promote the re growth of the disturbed area. Nice work boys.

Got a chance to placer mine in Stanley in the late 80's around the Vancouver shaft. Very difficult to deal with the amount of ground water even above creek level. Lots of respect for the oldtimers. Not sure you could run a small scale mine in there say 1000 yards or less without a lot of capital investment. But the potential . Then you wonder what's under all those tailings . To bad alot of the good looking stuff is a little close to the creek. Great vid and good luck.
