- This is not made as an instructional video, but one to just show what's involved, and how I adjust mine as part of normal servicing. If you tighten the cable too much, (no free play at the lever) you may cause the clutch to slip, which may overheat it. If you have too much slack, (free play) in the lever (clutch drag), then you may have trouble changing gears or disconnecting the drive.
If you choose to follow this video then you do so at your own risk. I can't be held responsible for any damage or injury to either yourself, machine or third party.

What a great video! Straight to the point, no background music, well filmed, and a voice easy to hear and understand. Thanks a lot, David!

Thank you, I'm pleased you enjoyed it, and I hope it was helpful . It's lovely to hear from someone so far away. Take care. 👍👍
I like your style. Would be great if you did a review of the RE 500
Hello Murari. Thank you for that lovely comment. I haven't had the bike very long at the moment so may do one when I've had a little more experience with it. I have one for my Suzuki Alto on here after 7 years and that was quite popular. Watch this space. 👍😊
Perfect. Just what I was looking for. Great video. Thanks.
Thank you. Glad it was of help to you. 😊👍
Thanks for creating this video. I look forward to future bullet 500 content.
Thank you, I have a few planned jobs in the near future so hopefully I can video them and post on here. 👍👍
