Hey another great lesson, thanks so much. This has always been one of my favorites. This song is perfect at showing that much of the time , what makes a great composition is knowing when less is more. I've seen so many composers make things over complicated because they think it isn't complex enough, and then it becomes too messy sounding. Or on the other side you have people that use the simplicity to criticize " it ONLY has THREE CHORDS, wow" Yep, only 3 chords and it's perfect. This song has such a great groove once you nail down the strumming rythym.

I would like to humbly make a request for a lesson for Rabbit Fighter if possible. This one is a little more complex as it seems to have about three different lead tracks overdubbed on the track. Still got the original vinyl with poster ,got all reissues on cd and vinyl been a fan since 1970 only 9 years old through an older sister , they played hull city hall too young to go but saw them in 72 74 and 76 made up for it👍

I think the C#m is played on the 9th fret, to my ears at least. Also Bolan was notorious for not being able to play barre chords very well.
