you don't learn anything if you keep on interrupting people to try to make the conversation go in the direction you want it to.. you get stuck in your own feedback loop if you do that.. stop yourself next time you want to speak when others are speaking and let them FULLY make their point.. you could learn a lot more that way
all my points about interruption happen on just SOME of the times you interrupt before they've fully made their point
Productivity: think about what you want to do.. and then DO it
