- Today I will make an unusual watch mechanism. There will be few gears in it, one of the gears will be with internal teeth. This is only the first part of the watch, I will soon make the second one. Enjoy!

Welcome to "W&M Levsha" channel. Here you will see manufacturing process of some interesting stuff, made of metal, wood/etc. Toys, souvenirs, complex and simple mechanisms, unusual gifts for boys and girls - all that things you will see in my videos. Of course, you can request your ideas and if possible I will realize it.
If you love DIY and If you are a creative person, this channel is for you!

There's actually a great deal of machining technique being shown here.
Using a micro-lathe as a shaper for the gear cutting is (for the application) genius.
The use of purpose machined jaws for fixturing the 2 main rings is something too many youtubers DON'T DO.
This is worth watching again and again to see the "how do I make this" problems being solved.
IT would be incredibly valuable if they had narration instead of out of tune music playing in the background, explaining the what and whys.
Exactly. You must think out of the box if you are innovating.
@@NeriEngineering-oq6vh I really like this guy I've re-watched a number of his videos to glean whatever I can.
What I find fascinating about guys like this is how much they get done with such small workshops.
Finally a competitor to click spring... since he’s too busy with his research paper, this guy will fill my need for small precision machining
I agree. Only, Clickspring doesn't appear to use a CNC machine to cut out his parts.
@@Alan_AB very true... though he does use computer aided design... you would think he would make the jump over to CNC.... something very relaxing and satisfying about small manual machining and his slow methodical approach.
@@renaissanceman5847 What I like about Clickspring's channel is that he uses conventional tools to do the job. He presents it in such a way that the ordinary home hobbyist / DIY'er would try to do what he does.
Everyone has their own handtools (or can buy them), but not everyone has access to the CNC stuff.
There is something extremely satisfying about watching an accomplished machinist. I love these videos. Great job.
Same here. Imagien How It Feels To be One Who makes It
Wow! Here someone can learn a lot of tiny metalwork. I remember my time as apprentice.
Thanks for your ideas an uploading for showing us!!!
Metal machining is what I'm doing for living. I have to say: I'm impressed!
7:14... I want JUST that part so I can play with it!!!... LOVE your work!!
Olá do Brasil!!!
Absolutely jaw droppingly amazing!!!! The things you do are pure Art! Another great video.
Nice
Just the lazy sunday content my morning needed nice build
Some kind of smooth work. Waiting for part Two ❤️❤️❤️
Muito Show, excelente trabalho, saudações do Brasil.
Very Show, excellent work, Greetings from Brazil.
The tools may be modern, but it's true craftsmanship. How anyone can have the patience and skill for this kind of work.... amazing.
Excelente tu ARTE.👏👏👏👌👌👍
I absolutely love watching brass being worked of a lathe. Thanks.
It is not often people are this skilled and have this level of creativity. Beautiful made.
Thank you very much.
This is so perfect and relaxing....
I immediately come down from 100 to zero....
It's like a symphony where every note fits...
I just discovered this channel, and I'm blown away by the sheer genius of this man.
It was a surprise even for an experienced Engineer. Simple and reliable. Thanks for share.
Never seen a time piece with less parts... Very interesting concept 🤓
This is some of the most beautiful work I’ve seen. My utmost respect for your workmanship.
Trabalho perfeito parabéns
this is really Unusual
amazing
Ótimo trabalho parabens...
Can you make a mini V8 engine. I love watching these videos. They calm me down after a long hard day.
a v8 would be cool as hell!!!
Oh so this comment is why he did it? Cool!
Who cares about V8 when there is V100
Lol
Damn good idea
Hi! Nice mechanism :D for some reason the music reminded me of the underground electronic music scene of Caracas in the early 2000s. Good memories :D
That was a very clever way to cut the teeth for the wheels. Nice
Clever meaning the same way that everyone cuts gears that has a lathe??
ATLHooligan no. Clever as in using ingenuity and the tools at hand rather than buying a dividing head and doing it in the mill, the way most machinists who own lathes actually cut gears.
But probably not as clever as some snark insulting others for paying compliments.

Ja, da hast du wohl recht.
Man this makes me miss school during lockdown. My hands are yearning to build
Now that I have seen how it's done, I can finally DIY at home. Thanks!
This is right my street! I only wish I had the machinery I used to work with and the drawings. I loved this video to bits!
Just buy the software and start drawing. There are businesses out there who's only purpose is to machine whatever drawing you send them.
I just love seeing butiful brass mechanisms
working so well together
Simply amazing.
You are definitely an artist.
thought the whole inner gear stack would revolve, with the outer ring fixed. nice work.
I would like to try my hand at designing and hopefully making one of these once I understand how it works, probably a while before I'll have the chance to use such equipment though, I'll practice designing in a 3D program, maybe after a few itterations get a 3D printer and learn to transfer files from other projects and print a prototype to see how the tolerances and reliability are - make sure I've really done the maths and that where I think the stress is too high for plastic I will see the wear I expect etc. etc. and that it fundamentally fits together before spending all the money on quality parts.
Amazing and such a calm, satisfying video to watch and enjoy! Great work!
How much planning does a project like this need before making it? Or do you just go with the flow? Amazing work sir 👍🏽
Going with the flow will produce A LOT of parts that don't fit each other. By the time you cut your first piece of metal, you're more than halfway done. Fortunately, all of his design work was done with a computer so that saved him quite a bit of time and math!
It appears you are ready to make a full Antikythera model. Nice work!
Awesome workmanship
Wow amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Awsm
Love. The tools, wish I had some!
Love it, First vid of yours I've seen! I feel the need to build a mini CNC lathe now. What steppers are you using and what drivers?
Amazing made!
You're machines are a master of their craft... But not without you.. Amazing
your work is amazing second to none
These creations are so awesome. Make me feel so inadequate
Wow! Fantastic precision craftmanship!👍👍👍
Amazing!
Very satisfying series. Bravo!
Perfect work👍
Magnifique.
Bravo !
Excellent workmanship.
Using a laser engraver for tool grinding layout.
I love it!
Brilliant 🔥👌💥
Surprisingly funkier than I expected the video to be.
Very nice good work 👏👏
Great video....this guy is a master machinist.
Wonderful. Please keep posting.
Man, I always love your work !! I have a Taig Laith and sure would like to make gears. Love brass so much, Very Inspiring !!!
Awesome. Love it!

Great job on this!
great job yeah!, terrible "music?"
Really amazing work
great work
Love IT ❤❤❤❤❤
Me as a Swiss : too easy
(sorry it was just for the joke !)
Very nice work ! :)
nicee
Swiss is different bro.. we trully respect you people..
Those ballbearings looks like the ones i used to use in airsoft gearboxes :)
Wow 👍 sungguh kreatif
Gente increíble en un mundo imperfecto
Rio grande has color matching brass solder. That way when the brass tarnishes over time you won't get that silver line at your joints. I use it and so far I like it. Flows well
You have to be very skilled to do this, top artisan level.
Stupefacente, bravissimo 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This has become my favorite channel to watch. Brilliant mechanical skills. I with you would do a shop tour.
Wonderful job...love it
Very cool.
Sei un genio... Chapeau 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very good engineering works 💪
Wonderful work, your music was great also.
Loved it❤️
Amazing😍 love it❤
Très bonne vidéo. Merci.
Mast yar
Amazing mechanic
You are great enginer i respect you work 🖒🖒🖒🖒
Beautiful work! Did you make the gear cutting setup yourself? It is fantastic!
👍
Wow incredible machining. You have mastered the art.
Awesome love it
Awesome!
Guess it's 60:1 gearing? lol Would love to know what router you are using and any mods you may have done to it as the finish looks fairly good for a light machine.
Interesting One of watch technician.
9:17 part moves? Amazing talent and craftsmanship.
Awesome
Beautiful idea. Nice work. It gave me some inspiration for my next project. Cheers.
That is most beautiful to ever see for entire world.
