The bees are lucky to have you as a spokesman. They have a bad wrap that they don't deserve. I just started my first hive in my back yard this spring--in Milwaukee. The bees are such a joy to watch. I've been taking notes from your videos on catching swarms and I hope to save one, someday. Thanks for all you do for the honey bees, JP!
Next time we visit my wife's parents in Alexandria Louisiana, I'm going to have to drop down to south Louisiana and go on a bee mission with you. I was stationed at Fort Polk in the late 80's when I met my wife and I developed a taste for spicy crawfish too. Best regards!
Have you ever dealt with Bees that aren't native to your country?, despite the fact i can see the difference the shape of the Bees you have makes them look like Wasps to me as the have longish bodies. I like in the UK and the Bees i see are more of a round shape and are quite fuzzy like while the Wasps are smaller and have Long ovalish bodies, but their colours are quite bright so i can tell the difference between the Wasps here to the Bees you have.
Very nice workmanship with all of you involved. Thanks

Where are you located? I have beekeeping friends all over the place, can possibly hook you up.
