As a Brazilian, I'll tell you - I loved it. Despite basically 80% of the items it contains we use to have here only for lunch or dinner (eg. Beans, bangers, tomatoes, mushrooms) I enjoyed it because it makes you feel fully satisfied until midday. I had it every day during a military course I did in Brecon, Wales, I definitely felt no hunger til' lunch time. I miss it.
