Hi I, wanted to ask how you managed to play Cry of Fear online because I've been trying to play with my two brothers and a friend of mine but I don't know how it works exactly.
Hello, since Cry of Fear has no master server you need to use a third party application to connect to your friends. I will go step-by-step with how I got coop to work. 1. I used Radmin VPN. You and your friends can download it for free. It's like Hamachi but you don't need to port-forward*. 2. Within Radmin one of you will have to create a network, and have the others join it. 3. The person who made the network will then host a coop lobby in Cry of Fear. Once the lobby is ready, all players can join with the host's IP. 4. Right-click the host's name in Radmin, and select "Copy IP Address". (The IP will be copied to the clipboard, so you can press 'Ctrl+V' or right click to paste it.) 5. Then in-game open the console with the tilde key (~) type: connect *ipgoeshere* With that everybody should be able to join. If somebody loses connection or crashes, they can reconnect the same way.
