How's the playerbase for MGO3 these days? easy to find matches? are the still ragehackers and exploiters around?

On PC it's not that hard to get a match, sometimes have to wait or host your own. There are usually 1 or 2 games at any given time- you can't see full matches in the menu so don't be discouraged. However, the cheater population is pretty extreme; getting a match without a blatant or subtle cheater is pretty rare. A lot of people jumped ship to the console version just to avoid it. PC is the wild wild west. Crashing and force disconnects happen pretty often.

I haven't found a single match on Xbox servers, so it's likely dead there. But it seems to be thriving on the PS servers

quick question, how are you holding two tornado revolvers at once?

Pick Ocelot in a FOB mission, bring the tornado as your secondary. You cannot use Ocelot or dual-wield in free roam/story missions- only online FOBs. If you mean for Metal Gear Online simply have Ocelot be one of the two unique characters, which is in host settings.
