- Whats up Bros?? On todays episode, we discuss a very not good episode of RHOP and a very good episode of Southern Charm, what a (dare I say...) juxtaposition! Up first, things are continuing to flare up between Wendy and Nneka. Now we have phone logs to prove Nneka's side (or do we)? Meanwhile G and Mia go to therapy and their relationship is reeling from the financial strain. Karen is cutting into Robyn's pie and freezing it or thawing it. Or throwing it away. We're not entirely sure. All in all, rough episode for the RHOP crew. Then we're in Jamaica with the Southern Charmers. Olivia and Austen continue to hit it off in person despite many asking Austen if it's a good idea to be friends. Taylor continues her spiral with a very forward text to Shep asking for a booty call. Then, using Austen in an attempt to make Shep Jealous... Madison gives Austen some shockingly sweet and sound advice at the end of the episode where Austen seemingly confesses his love of Olivia... all that and more on todays episode!

With Wendy and Nneka I’m just going to go with what they BOTH said in the beginning. They know of each other but don’t have a direct relationship. What I think we’re witnessing now is them both trying to play 2 extremes after the fact that differ from that truth. Nneka is trying to act like she has a closer relationship to Wendy than what Wendy would like to admit and Wendy is trying to act like she doesn’t have any connection to Nneka at all.
You guys should get into married to medicine! It’s a great show

I think its really interesting that you say no one close to her has been willing to call her out, but Madison has totally been calling it like it is with her I just don't think it's landing because like you said they're not close.

I enjoy watching you guys review southern charm 😂 I don’t mind watching JT - he adds a bit comic relief to the show and I low key do feel bad for him. I also feel bad for Taylor but she will have to learn the hard way - she is still in love with Shep and you can’t be friends with an ex if you still desire to be with them. Being intimate is even worse.

My mom said something last week that made so much sense about the Robyn/Juan thing. Prior to the show starting, we knew that Robyn and Juan were victims of embezzlement by Robyn’s friend. My mother remembers Robyn mentioning that some of the money invested was Juan’s NBA money, and that she was the one who convinced him to invest it, even though he was skeptical. My mother believes that Robyn feels that his multiple infidelities are her penance now. And, she believes that Juan may feel as though he’s now tethered to Robyn as she’s now the sole breadwinner, so they’re sorted stuck in this relationship, trying to make it work so that they can hold on to what they have left. For Robyn, it’s having Juan as her husband, and for Juan, it’s having financial and residential security.
What Wendy’s mum said is how we pray in Nigeria lol

I do think Austin and Olivia had way more electricity than Olivia and Rod.
Mia has all but admitted to marrying G for money. He was a businessman. She was a "hostess" at a strip club. She did not suddenly become a "boss" and retire him. ALL of the businesses belonged to G and his family, which is why she doesn't have the Spas to pretend she is running either.
If G does not have solid savings and investments, of course he is trying to work and rebuild. The children he had with Mia are not the only ones he has. Her bravo check barely sustains HER lifestyle, let alone takes care of him, and it won't be forever.
Mia has dropped him. He knows why, just as the audience does. All that family stuff she was talking about ib therapy is just for the few viewers who she hopes might actually believe it.
Taylor just made her apology to Olivia have zilch meaning. She should completely stay away from Austin because she is showing just how much she only cares for herself and has no loyalty to anyone. I could get over this but Taylor won’t knock it off. The person she claims to be best friends with she will screw 49:44 over with no problem at all. I can completely understand the heartache and making bad decisions because of that , but could you wake up to the fact that your best friend is in hell over her brother and not
Pile on and kick her while she is legit suffering. What the hell?

I always love watching and listening to you guys. These are the best way to wind down after a long ER shift.
However I realized I feel the same way about a fast food drive through as Steele does on an airplane. If you don’t know your order before you get in line you’re as much of an asshole as the guy taking pictures of clouds on a plane.

The narcissist known as Taylor understands completely what she is doing, but she, by definition takes no responsibility and paints herself as the victim. Every man supports Taylor. Only the women have some compassion for Olivia and Rod. I think Taylor has been with as many men on that show as Katherine. Olivia is the one that deserves support. Guessing Shep was not the only stepping out.

i’m pretty over potomac at this point, which is sad because it was also my top show. with wendy & nneka, “thunder fire you” does sound like a threat but it’s a pretty common Nigerian way of saying “fuck you” and nneka knows that. Wendy should have added context seeing as only other Nigerians know that. Seems like Lebe was going to introduce Nneka to Wendy so that could be Nnekas introduction into the show, but once Wendy’s sister & Lebe fell out, Wendy felt like she’d rather bring her own friend on the show than Nneka, someone who she doesn’t really know. After what happened in Miami last season, I’m not surprised that Wendy would rather have her actual friend on the show to have her back. It’s less about her wanting to be the only Nigerian on the cast & more about wanting her real friend, Kierna, on the show to back her up in case any shit goes down and Candiace isn’t there again.
That word “clout chaser” is being used a lot as an insult! Aren’t we all trying to increase our “clout?” 🤷🏽♂️
And if you’re not trying to come up then you’re a lazy “dusty” so…🤷🏽♀️

I don’t doubt Nneka, mainly because of Wendy’s initial reaction to the accusation. Dancing around, over-talking Nneka, saying a bunch of b.s.
Also, as a person from a family with some members who practice voodoo I think the accusation about Wendy’s mom tracks…
