Hi Roy! Only the HLURB (now DHSUD) manages the CLUP. The DILG, on the other hand, manages the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) and not CLUP. Thank you.

Hello po i am working on my architectural thesis. Naguguluhan po ako kung anung zoning kapag Mixed-Use, Vertical City po yung Project-high-rise na may Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and mini city. Anu pong zoning niya? R-5? PUD?
Help me po anyone?

National Zoning Requirements should be checked with Local Zoning Requirements of your city/municipality
