This was my very first experience with this story. I'd never read or heard it before now. And sweet Jesus HOW can Reitanna say Apple Bloom's doing this by her own will, Pinkie was absolutely manipulating her the entire time! Even when she healed she was grooming her!! Pinkie's last line, "the next time you have the instinct to help somepony, you might wanna consider crushing them instead. It'll save you a lot of trouble." I think that stayed with Apple Bloom. If I might make a prediction for Isaac's ending... I think Apple Bloom might take that advice. I think she might use it against her.

This story really frustrates me because of the idea that Apple Bloom somehow knows how to do a blood transfusion on Pinkie Pie, the fact that coincidentally Sliver Spoon shares the same blood type as Pinkie and lastly, the fact that Rei had said "Apple Bloom is doing this by her own will" when she is actually not, it is very clear that AB was being groomed and manipulated by Pinkie Pie (and it's very clearly shown in this story). It sad that this is never explored in any of Reitanna's muffins fics and I doubt it'll ever be explored again since it's been years since she written another muffins or even narrated another muffins, and let me just say, I doubt she'll ever return to it and even if she does, it'll be locked under her paywall all over the fact that people were RIGHTFULLY criticizing her and calling out her behavior but oh well. i hated this chapter. pinkie grooming apple bloom into killing silver spoon, and then instead of handling things like an adult she slices her own throat to FORCE apple bloom into draining silver spoons blood. that's so fuxked up .

Yeah, Pinkie was definitely grooming Applebloom. It makes me want an alternate ending where Applebloom failed to save Pinkie (seriously, how did Silverspoon have the same blood type?). Also this story is one of the only ones that makes me feel sorry for Diamond and Silverspoon. The use of music box soundtrack in the background also really helps the feeling here. On a side tangent, I know this is weird to bring up, but I headcanon Kurumi from Touhou 4: Lotus Land Story sounding like Silverspoon.
Okay but can we talk about how the empathy thing at the end makes no sense? "Extreme acts of cruelty require a high level of empathy" no they don't? Mercy killings require empathy, torturing and slaughtering people because you're a sadistic murderous cannibal doesn't. Maybe this line of thinking would work for a serial killer who specifically targeted people with hard lives, genuinely believing they were doing the victim a favour by ending their life in order to end their suffering in a twisted act of empathy, but that's not Pinkie or any of the bakers. She literally says "the next time you consider maybe not torturing and murdering someone, just do it anyway lol it'll save _you_ a lot of trouble" like bruh what. It sounds like the author was trying to come up with a really deep quote about how killing people is a good thing because life sucks and death is beautiful blah blah she's 14 and this is deep, but it just sounds so stupid.
the worst part is Pinke knew what she was doing am not sure if this one takes place before or after applejacks death i guess before but applebloom wanted to spare someone Pinke had to go all crazy and do it i wish the person that made these story's would make apple bloom smarter and let Pinke go

Vlad and I were just talking about Blood Types. We don't know exactly how Pinkie could have know (maybe she didn't who knows) but here's what I think. Apple Bloom has O type blood (meaning she's the universal receiver.) She can't give her blood to anyone who doesn't match her O type blood. Silver spoon is AB type (the universal downer.) Meaning regardless of what blood type Pinkie has, she could receive it. :3 As for your second question, I'm making my own ending continuing off Sting. Yes I do also have my own stories in the work, but I'm not making my own off Muffins. :3

No, Apple Bloom being gaslit and manipulated into believing murder and torture are okay IS 100% her being groomed. Grooming isn't just adults who want sexual relationships with minors. That's what your mind jumps to when you hear the term "child grooming" but the definition of grooming is manipulating, controlling and taking advantage of someone vulnerable for your own gain. Think of cults. Nobody who says that Apple Bloom was groomed in this story believes that Pinkie wanted to be in a relationship with her. Pinkie took advantage of Apple Bloom and Derpy's innocence and used it to convince them murder was okay and that if they became murderers they'd be part of her family. That's textbook grooming.
