I think the interviewer asked these questions ahead of time and the VA's answered them at a later date, which would explain why the interviewer isn't reacting to anything 2D and Murdoc are doing and why she sounds so indifferent with her questions after hearing the two literally duking it out violently lol.

Back in phase one 2D barely remembers being hit or nearly dying and was so up Murdoc's ass and in phase three 2D is disturbingly lucid and smart and very quick witted.
TheNamelessNarrator I do really like how the characters are developing as the band keeps going, it adds a nice bit of life to the whole thing, it'd run the risk of getting stale otherwise, but having 2D get all deep and philosophical about the music they make, and calling Murdoc out on being an idiot is really great stuff. Who knows, maybe in an album or 2, 2D could be the pack leader.
I mean, I’m a brain injury sufferer myself (granted, 2-D’s would be significantly more significant than mine), and I can honestly say that memory works... strangely. Like, my brain is friend. I have trouble with concrete maths and sciences, which a lot of brain injury patients struggle with. But, much like 2-D, I had a natural inclination for music and the arts and a lot of exposure to it at a young age, and that just kind of stuck. It’s very dependent, I think, on what parts of your brain exactly are injured, because, in my case, I’ve forgotten the first 13 or so years of my life, but I could pick up a guitar and pound out a song I learned 7 years ago and haven’t played since with no difficulty
I feel like the reason why I love 2D so much is because I connect a lot with him. No matter how hard I try, people sometimes don't understand what I'm trying to say. My science teacher treats me like Murdoc treats 2D as well.

I feel like the reason why I love 2D so much is because I connect a lot with him. No matter how hard I try, people sometimes don't understand what I'm trying to say. My science teacher treats me like Murdoc treats 2D as well.
